Smoothie for Lola

Yes, the only ingredient in this smoothie is dog food pellets.

Oops, spillage. Lola deems it the best smoothie ever.

Cute series - sure tells the story. Give it an original title - like Great Expectations!
(Or-"Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets")

If she'd been using steak and cat poop to make that smoothie "whatever Lola wants, Lola gets" would be more appropriate. In this case, I'd rather go with "whatever Sarah spills, Lola gets".

I notice you're centering Sarah in all your pictures. Wouldn't the composition be more interesting if you experimented with the frame a bit?

I agree, centering isn't always best, however, in this situation, the field is pretty tight - vertical may have been better ;-].

The overexposure in the final frame puncuates the array's rustic, homespun sensibility with a wry grin. You've let us in on your visual bon mot by featuring a "kid with a dog;" the convivial hound's cocked ear suggesting "his master's juice." It's an hilarious lampoon of the journal de maman genre and a joyous celebration of early-century Americana.

I am pretty sure that I looked exactly like Lola last night as the snack cart was being wheeled down the aisle at 9pm and me without any dinner in my belly. Excellent job on capturing the emotion of starvation. Although, it's not like Lola and I look like we have ever missed a meal - especially Lola.

Lola's not fat, she's big-boned! Especially the ribs. Those bones are huge.
