Story Time

Kate loves to "read" aloud every chance she gets. I'm often surprised at the accuracy with which she can recall a story she's either only heard a couple times or hasn't heard in weeks. Here she is boring Sarah right to sleep with her rendition of Seymour Slug Starts School.

A chip off the old block--I used to put my sisters to sleep reading to them, too!
That's OK, loving to read is a wonderful thing!

Those little bare feet are cuter-n a chipmunk in swimtrunks.

The part of Chairy is being played by the glider in which both girls have sat to be nursed, soothed, read to, tickled and get their shoes on (though they are not allowed to sit in it to get their snack or drink on). Oh, and it's where they always land when the Magic Screen ejects them.

:) You caught the casting bug! Cute, cute, cute! Only 41 days until I meet Chairy in real life.
